How do you prevent license plate stacking?

To prevent license plates being stacked on top of one another, you have to uncheck the setting option Allow Stacked LPs via Business > Policy Manager > Internal Master Policy.

When trying to place a license plate on top of another license plate, Warpspeed will indicate that it can not validate this action.
