Warpspeed is most likely not able to synchronize the order for one or more of the following reasons:
An item has been recreated in Exact with a different GUID (globally unique identifier).
The project that is linked to the order has been recreated in Exact with a different GUID.
An item has been renumbered in Exact.
An item's unit of measure has been changed in Exact.
An order has been deleted in Exact Globe, but recreated with the same orderno. but with a different GUID.
In all of these cases, it is best to contact our support department, who will gladly assist you.
