If you encounter an error message while logging in to App4Sales, please check the following:
Case sensitivity
Both the username and password are case-sensitive. Make sure you are using the correct combination of uppercase and lowercase letters.
Check for spaces
A common issue is an extra space after the username or password.
This space is only visible when you place the cursor in the input field or use the eye icon 👁️ to reveal the password.
Remove any extra spaces and try logging in again.
Use the correct login details
Find out more about how to view and change the credentials below in the app.
Administration: This is the same as your CMS username.
Username: This is the name configured for the user in the CMS under App4Sales > Manage Users.
Password: Check the entered password. If you forget the password, the administrator can reset it in the CMS.
Wi-Fi Connection
Ensure that you are connected to Wi-Fi, as an internet connection is required to retrieve data from the App4Sales CMS.
