When filling the app with items, use the items.xlsx file and upload it to the App4Sales CMS. To import the current customer database, use the customers.xlsx file. Not all columns are mandatory. Below is an overview for each document.

Items.xlsx

  • Itemcode

  • SalesPrices

  • VatPercentage

  • VatIncluded

Customers.xlsx

  • CustomerCode

  • CustomerName

  • VatLiable

  • LanguageCode

  • LastName (tab ContacPersons)
