That is not directly possible. What you could do is enter a reference to the customer form from a text page.

Go to the 'texts' module and select the hyperlink option. Enter the full url referring to the new customer form. So for example https://testwebsite.com/newcustomer.
Click 'save' and go to the 'pages' module. Add a new page and select this text element. As a final step, from the menu management module, choose where you want to place the page.
2. Image with reference to the form
Click on the image option in the editor and choose the desired image. Then click 'edit' to fill in the reference to the form. Fill the text line 'Link' with the full url. So for example https://testwebsite.com/newcustomer. You can also determine the centering by changing 'position'. Then click 'save'.
Click 'save' and go to the 'pages' module. Add a new page and select this text element. As a last step, from the menu management module, choose where you want to place the page.
