Is it possible to add quick buttons in the catalog?
Yes, this is possible. Go to the settings module. Click on Catalog. Go to the line: ‘Show catalog quick buttons’. Three quick buttons will then be added: – view images details – quick order – view available stock. Note: that this only works in the old theme. The new UI does not use this feature.
Why don't I see a favourites icon in the catalogue view?
This may be because your catalogue view is set to model. The favourites icon can only be used at style level, not at model level. Go to settings, tab catalog for more info.
Which setting determines which product images are shown on the catalog page?
The images that are shown depends on a number of settings. The most important factor is whether the catalog is shown at model or style level.
1.Go to the settings module, click on the ‘catalog’ tab, and choose the option 'View catalog as ....'. When viewing the catalog at model level, the main image is the model image, and if there is no model image, then the first style image is the main image. When displaying the catalog at style level, the main image is the first style image of the style (any model image will not be used).
2.To view thumbnails, go to the settings module, click on the ‘catalog’ tab, and choose the option 'show thumbnails'. You have two options to choose from.
3.Show only products with stock: go to the stock module and choose the option 'do not display products without stock'.
How can I determine the sorting in the catalog?
1.Go to the settings module, click on the ‘catalog’ tab, and choose the option 'sort order and sort direction'.
2.Go to the general sorting module to display specific models at the top of the catalog.
This sorting is also sent to the app service, in order to determine the order in the catalog overview of the sales app.
