In the CMS, you can create a shipping cost rule for each country, which forms the basis for correctly calculating shipping costs.

If you notice that shipping costs are not being sent to the ERP system, you can follow the steps below to check if a shipping cost item is linked.

Ensure that there is a specific item within the ERP system dedicated to shipping costs. The item's price should be equal to the shipping cost. Next, in the CMS, navigate to Administration > Shipping costs. Click on the pencil icon to edit the shipping cost rule.

In the Item Code field, enter the item code for the shipping cost item. It's essential that the item is also present in the CMS (Items > Manage items).

By following these steps, you ensure that the shipping costs are correctly sent along to the ERP system and processed correctly in the order process.
