Order confirmations can be sent to the customer from Portal4Sales. Follow the steps below to activate this:

  1. Log in to the CMS and navigate to Portal4Sales > Settings > Order tab.

  2. Scroll down until you see the Order Confirmation section.

  3. Check the option Send to customer.

  4. Click Save.
