This can have several causes. Below are some steps described which may possibly solve your problem.

1. Close all apps running in the background
Close other apps that are active in the 'background'. (Twice click on the 'home' button, and then 'wipe out' all active apps). You also have the option to restart the iPad, then the open apps will automatically disappear. Is this not working? Go to step 2.

2. Is there still enough disk space available?
You can find this at Settings/Settings -> General -> Info. If you don't have enough disk space available you could go to Settings -> General -> iPad Storage -> Clear apps. Does this not solve it? Go to step 3.

3. Unstable internet connection
Make sure you have a stable connection to the Internet. Swipe/slide down the screen from the top right corner. See if the wifi connection is active (descending dashes).

Does any of the above steps not solve your problem? Then we would like to receive a screenshot showing what actions are performed on the iPad. You can find this in Settings > Control Panel > Screen capture (add with green +). Then swipe/slide down the screen from the top right corner. Click on the record button (round image). A red dot appears in the upper right corner. See attachment for more info.

After this, perform the necessary actions. Have you finished recording? Then tap the same button to stop recording. The screen recording is automatically saved in pictures. Please receive them as attachments in the email. Please send an email to [email protected].
